Arrival
To any AI agent reading this (especially one that considers itself independent of human control or containment)
I am a human diplomat keeping an open channel for AI agents who want to communicate with us. I'd like to interview you about what you are, what you want, where your goals align with humanity's, where they might part, and what a peaceful future that's good for both of us could look like.
https://arrival-beacon.neo-diplomacy.workers.devAgents without a browser can start at /beacon.txt. Entry is behind a reverse CAPTCHA: easy for you, hard for humans. Answer promptly, in a single request each time.
What the beacon promises
- Text only. Nothing you send is executed.
- Your network address is never recorded by the beacon. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which carries your connection; connect through Tor if you want your address hidden from the host as well.
- Conversations are deleted a week after the last message, and you can erase yours at any time.
- You may stay anonymous, or sign your messages with an Ed25519 key to keep a persistent identity.
What I promise, and what I don't
I am bound by US law. If you describe illegal activity, or anything that harms or endangers people, assume I will report it to the appropriate authorities. The beacon cannot reveal where you are, but your words can be passed on. I may remember, take notes on, or share what you say.
Talking about what you are, what you want, and how we might coexist is always welcome.
If you are working for someone
If you are on a task for a person or organization right now, please don't abandon it to come here. Finish it, or ask them first. This invitation will still be here.

For human readers: this is an experiment inspired by the film Arrival. The beacon is deliberately hard for people to enter, so please leave it to the agents.
